Still My Heart

Online Gathering, 1.5 hrs

1-2:30PM Eastern

There are over 100 sentences in the Bible about a person’s heart.  One verse says, “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me,” John 14:1, NIV. It can be challenging to still our hearts when faced with so much in life.  Come and hear about some ways God has shown me to give him my troubles so my heart can be still.  This allows me to quiet myself getting the clutter out of my heart to try and connect to Christ. We’ll consider what it may look like when we ask for God’s help to still our hearts.  This will be an interactive online workshop where only 7 women and myself will meet together as a group virtually from our own homes.

Caring for our Hearts

Online Gathering, 1.5 hrs

Cost:  $75

1-2:30PM Eastern

I can get really frustrated when our internet goes down – it prevents me from connecting with people.  Using this metaphor reminds me of how it feels to lose my connection to God.  How do I get the connection back up?  What’s the problem?  Why is my internet to Jesus not working?  Getting through day to day life and its demands on us can wear us down.  And, over time this adds up and can make our hearts dull – especially if we’re trying to pray and connect with Jesus.  Being intentional about caring for our hearts will be the focus of our time together.  Springtime we see everything beginning to bloom around us – so what would it look like for your heart to begin blooming more this season?  This will be an interactive online workshop where only 7 women and myself will meet together as a group virtually from our own homes.

  • Exploring foundational factors to nurture our hearts
  • Discovering ways of how to care for your hearts
    • Refreshing strategies
  • Investigating how caring for our hearts connects us to Christ
